Originally an orange grove, the neighborhood is characterized by 1950s

agent said. Grocery stores are within a half-mile; there are also two
malls within a 10-minute drive, including Scottsdale Fashion Square, the
largest in Arizona. Camelback Mountain, a cluster of red sandstone
cliffs popular with hikers, is a mile away.
